Abstract: This paper presents an integrated multi-modal artificial intelligence framework for credit card fraud detection. The approach combines Transformer architectures with Graph Neural Networks (GNN), leveraging multiple data modalities to capture both sequential transaction patterns and relational graph structure. The framework incorporates interpretable feature fusion and privacy-preserving AI components, achieving 99.2% recall and an AUC of 0.996 on benchmark financial datasets.
